THIS EVENT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL!
The Arkansas Fallen Riders Association, based in Jefferson County, will host the motorcycle events at this year's White Hall Founders Day Parade in White Hall, Arkansas. We are seeking responsible motorcyclists to join us in the parade August 28th at 10:00 am.
Motorcycle event schedule: 100-Point Run, 7:30 a.m. - meet at Larry's Pizza, 7401 Dollarway Rd. Ride out at 8:00 a.m. (back by 9:30). $5.00 per hand.
Parade at 10:00 a.m. The motorcycles will be in front of the parade. After the parade we will ride to the park and play bike games in the baseball field complex parking lot.
As an added attraction, due to a generous donation by Talbot Enterprises, (new managers of Milam's Honda-Kawasaki) all motorcyclists participating in the 100-Point Run, the Parade, and the games will be eligible for five drawings for a $20.00 gas card. For each event you participate in, you will receive a ticket.
100 POINT RUN DETAILS
The object of this game is to draw five cards and get as close to 100 points as possible without going over 100. There are five draws, first card at the start before the ride, second in Redfield, via Hwy 365. Third draw in Sheridan, via Hwy 46 out of Redfield. The forth back at Larry's Pizza, via Hwy 270 from Sheridan. Fifth card at the park after the parade. Winner receives half of what is collected. Remaining funds go to the Arkansas Fallen Riders Association.
Cards are numbered in sequences of 5,10, 15, 20. 25 and 50. In the event of a tie, a draw off would take place with the low card as the winner.
The Arkansas Fallen Riders Association is a tax-exempt, non-profit association that helps the families of fallen riders. For more information contact Richard Grimmett at 870-534-4448 or Jerry Pye 870-550-1436
